Who regulates Snowsport Insurance by BASI?

Snowsport Insurance By BASI is a trading style of Dogtag Ltd, which is an Appointed Representative of ITC Compliance Limited, who are authorised and regulated by the Financial Service Authority. Dogtag Ltd's FSA Firm Reference Number is 519661.

Whose products do we offer?

We only offer insurance from a single provider and this is arranged and administered by Travel Insurance Facilities plc who are regulated and authorised by the Financial Services Authority, their FSA Registration number is306537. The insurance is underwritten by Union Reiseversicherung AG for all sections of cover, other than section 12 which is underwritten by a consortium of Association of British Insurers member companies and Lloyds Syndicates and is administered by International Passenger Protection Limited.

What services will we provide you with?

You will not receive advice or a recommendation from us. We may ask some questions to narrow down the selection of products that we will provide details on. You will then need to make your own choice about how to proceed.

Will you have to pay a fee for our services?

You will not have to pay a fee for our services, you will receive a quotation which will tell you about any other fees relating to any particular insurance policy.

Who owns Dogtag Ltd?

Are we covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS)?

We are covered by the FSCS. You may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if we cannot meet our obligations. This depends on the type of business and the circumstances of the claim.

Insurance advising and arranging is covered for 90% of the claim, with no upper limit.
